EFL iFollow 4+

Hi to anyone trying to load this new EFL app, reading previous reviews and everyone was having the same issue, so I don’t know if this will help but this is how I was able to update to the Coventry site. Scroll down to go to app support, then domestic fans, then to how do I subscribe to I follow, select your club from list, select league, select club, go to club site.
I had to open new account and password.
Then buy an audio monthly pass, which is auto renewal each month.

As all the previous reviewers have said, I was prompted to download this app when I tried to open up my usual Blackpool FC one. I’ll admit I wasn’t keen at first as I like the old set up but I followed the instructions anyway. Same issues as everyone else, doesn’t find my log in after repeated attempts and I have done the reset password numerous times over the last week with not response at all. Absolute joke and the worst things is that it will end up costing people’s efl teams as there is no way I’m paying my monthly subscription fee to watch match highlights and listen to full match commentary if I can’t even get on the thing!!!! TOTAL DISGRACE. At a time when clubs need all the financial help they can get this could potentially hit them hard if more people cancel and I’m sorry but it’s not right that we should be paying for a non existent or extremely poor service like this. I will give them until the start of the season to fix this, if not my subscription will be cancelled - sorry Blackpool FC, I love you but this app is taking the mick! I suggest EFL clubs get on the backs of the app makers in this case and get it sorted ASAP for the good of all the EFL teams this season.

It has improved recently but particularly early in the season we didn’t get connected until shortly before kick off and stopped just after the final whistle. Even a week ago I was on the app waiting for the commentary and listening to the recorded message “your match commentary will be starting soon”. I decided to try the club website and found the commentary. I switched back to the app but just heard the message.
A few weeks before I was listening to an away match and could only get the home team commentary but in the second half I tried the club website I found I could get the city commentary.
The commentary is great when we can get it. I live in Scotland and rely on listening to th commentary for both home and away games.
