I’m sure the app does all it says it does. Unfortunately, it fails to connect more often than it succeeds!! I have tried various things - deleted the app & reinstalled it, turned my phone off & on and anything else suggested by your help line. Sometimes something seems to have worked - but not for long before it is failing to connect once again!!!
I have updated the app again today, but it is just refusing to connect.
I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this problem so why can’t Cochlear “own” the problem & sort it properly??

App is overall great. Remote check could be a lifesaver during covid, but unfortunately it’s not designed for 2-3yos. A few suggestions to incorporate. Being able to save progress during audiogram as kids cannot stay focused for this long. Audiogramcould have green/red colours for yes/no answers. Beeps could be played outloud for parents to also hear. During the listening for numbers exercise, my kid just pressed the numbers that he saw light up from the previous round, so maybe correct answer could be shown written at the bottom so it does not get kid’s attenion. At the moment all we can do through remote check is answer the questions and the internal parts check. Would love to see some of these included in a new version! Thank you!

I’ve been using this app with Apple Watch successfully for some time. It is so much better than having to get your iPhone out to adjust settings. I’ve just updated the Watch software to v9.5 and there are problems. I keep getting a warning screen in a foreign language warning me of something. Then the app tends to freeze in the open the app on your phone screen. Even if I get through that I get put back to the same screen every time I want to make a change. Very frustrating as it was brilliant before. Can you fix this asap? Thank you!
