Very unprofessional
3 Ubers cancelled on me because I ordered using my visa , when they arrived they would talk to me in a rude way and lock me out of the car , i discussed the issue with Uber and they told me that I wouldn’t pay anything , yet I discovered that the trip amount was still deducted from my visa, they lied , were unprofessional and they stole from me , I consider this theft , never going to order Uber again and I hope no one does for your own good
Very bad experience - Dont use this app
I was charge double the price for the last trip and not only that the app show that I didn’t pay for the driver the trip was supposed to be 11 JOD and they charge me for 24JOD !! And there was no traffic and the driver who choose the way
And not only that the application says that I didn’t pay for the ride and they want me to pay another 24 jod
I have the driver number and i call him to ask him about that he said that he took the money and he only informed the company that there was an issue with my charge ( Because its to expensive) i am going to the ministry of transportation and i will bring the driver as a witness and i will suit this company if i have to because this not the first time that they did this and the customer service is very bad there is no even a number to call to explain the situation-
Worst car ride services
Worst experiences, worst captain behaviours , worst ride fares EVERYTHING about this app is awful. I haven’t used it in over a year and when i use it again im reminded of why it’s not worth it. 2 captains cancelled on me a minute before arrival, one of them even called me to ask about my payment method apparently he had an issue with card payment&proceeded to cancel, later that day the same captain calls me nonstop for no reason! I cant even rate the awful captains who cancel/redirect trips. Fares are extremely higher compared to other& better apps oh and i also got charged extra fees after my trip & i cant even contact support for it. An absolute joke of an app.
