Pete shares with us his excitement about Appalachian State's football program (which is finally having the breakout year he's been watching for), the Washington Nats' trip to the World Series and the Harper version of the Ewing Theory, the NFL's terrible on-field product and how we're going to fix those problems in the new XFL. For starters: the linemen will wear oven mitts and there will be no such thing as holding.

Great for sports dummies too
I’m not an organized sports kind of person and this podcast still entertains me and keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommend even to sports dummies like me.
All about the personality
The hosts are fun (and knowledgeable) and that's the best part. I'm a sports fan in seasons: hockey and baseball seasons. But the nice thing about these guys is they cover most major sports. In that spirit though, would love to hear more on minor sports-- tennis and boxing, for two. I'll be excited to hear these guys cover the Olympics! Anyways, good stuff! I'll keep listening.

Ok I’m raising my previous review of this podcast to 5 stars. It gets better every week. Plus I actually listened to their NFL discussion this week and I HATE the NFL! Well done guys!
