Helpful and Convenient just a coupe things

I love having a simple timer that automatically restarts. Sometimes I need it for a break and sometimes it is a good way to make sure Im not distracted. I can know it wont be for longer than 25 minutes.

But when it comes to utilizing it for breaks and keeping track of progress, I would like to be able to reset the tomatoes. I have to uninstall and redownload to get blank tomatoes. When I have marathon study sessions like for finals week I need to know how many 25 minute intervals plus breaks I went through without having to write down when I started. Knowing 3 intervals went by helps to guage my pace and progress at a glance. If I have to use something else to help me keep track then I am now distracted. This app is supposed to let you do everything at a glance, the auto start feature is great for that, but let me be able to restart the tomatoes, see the breaks or just include a counter and duration option.

Thanks! Great app.

almost A+

This app has improved my productivity a lot—everything is a little bit easier when you only have to work in 25-minute chunks!—but in the new version, they took away the dots that appeared after each chunk. I preferred having the visual of the completed “tomatoes” on the timer itself instead of having to click on the stats (which otherwise are kind of useless), in part because it was aesthetically pleasing and also in part because it didn’t require any extra clicking. I’d love to bring that back. Everything else, though, works as any timer should.

Simple but effective

This app has a minimal design and does exactly what it promises to do. The pomodoro technique is pretty helpful for me to stay on task.

For me at least, after the enter of a work session, the timer more-or-less silently transitions into a break session. There is no popup which means that I frequently work through 30 minutes without taking the break. One improvement that would be really helpful is to popup the window after the end of the work session for the user to click to began the break session. Thanks.
