BOOK: Corrie reviews After The Fall by Kirsten Alexander SCREEN: Corrie reviews Cry Wolf SBS on Demand FOOD: Caro has a recipe DAVID HERBERT – GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND PEA SHOOTS Spicy: Thai chicken soup; opposite, pea soup with parmesan crisps THAI CHICKEN SOUP 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste 3 spring onions, sliced 450g chicken breast, thinly sliced 160ml coconut milk 650ml chicken stock 1-2 green chillies, deseeded and finely sliced 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 100g dried rice vermicelli noodles 200g sugar snap peas or snow peas, halved lengthways 2 heads pak choi, leaves separated Juice 1 lime, wedges to serve Small bunch coriander, roughly chopped, plus sprigs to garnish Pea shoots, to garnish Heat oil in large saucepan; add curry paste and spring onions. Fry for 2 minutes until aromatic; add chicken and coat in paste. Add coconut milk, stir to combine, then add stock, chillies and ginger. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked Add noodles, sugar snap peas, pak choi and lime juice. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until noodles are tender. Check seasoning, ladle into serving bowls and garnish with coriander leaves and pea shoots. Serve with lime wedges. Serves 4

Ep 349. Loved Bonnie’s advice. “Play golf.” I took our daughter Annie to golf at 4. Now she’s Head of Sales for Oz and NZ at Spotify with one child one on the way so golf is In the back seat. But she was asked by one of her team whether Annie thought she should play golf. This was prompted by the fact that Annie gets asked to play with clients, overseas CEOs and any trade days. She is sometimes asked as token female but mostly cos she can play and outdrives some of the men. She has thanked her lucky stars she can play golf. Cheers Juliet Ps just bought her 3yo a set of clubs. Love the variety of your poddy. I sent the poddy to her and she said that’s weird I just read Green Eggs to Sienna last night. Stop Xxxx

I love listening to Don’t Shoot the Messenger! Caroline and Corrie’s conversations feel like catching up with old friends over coffee. I really appreciate the variety – from book and film recommendations to updates on current events and day-to-day life. It’s the perfect mix of insightful, funny, and heartwarming content. The podcast keeps me informed and entertained, and I always walk away with something new to read, watch, or think about. Next week I am off on a Literature at Sea Cruise on the Queen Elizabeth from Sydney to Hobart for 5 days. There are 8 authors on board for workshops etc including Alexander McCall Smith, Anita Heiss ( just finished her book and loved it), Sue Williams and more. Wish you were there too. Denise McKenna

Love listening to the girls as I pound the streets. I’ve been listening since episode one and have enjoyed the recipes, book recommendations and screen suggestions. The addition of Miles from Prince Wine Store is a great move. Keep up the great work Caro and Corrie
