Max Fashion 4+

Iam a regular customer of max offline & online. 3 days before i brought a jogger for my sister , it doesn’t match to her so within 2 days i went back to max showroom with bill & price tag to retrun. Shop was not so busy with customers but still they holded me for so long. Iam seeing the max ad on their showroom tv saying easy retrun available, so i thought it’s worth waiting. But iam so disappointed that they never refunded me & they were like take another size. There is no next size available so what to do? What is the retrun process actually.

My order arrived 3 days later some products were not as shown in the picture so I tried to return the products but the return option in the app was not available. I called max customer support they told me to wait 48 hours I waited then they sent me an email saying me to return the products by visiting max store but there was no max store in my town so I decided to go to the city near my town one day before the last date of return but in the max store the staff was untrained first they told me that they cannot return my product because it is already 15 days I showed them in my phone that the last date is 10 April that is tomorrow. Then they added the details of my product but there was an error in the system they asked me to try returning online. I told them that I have tried doing that many times then that man said that the people working online and offline are different they say anything but the people in online shops don’t know about it. It was not my fault that the system was not working !!! I have used my money in that and I don’t want the product now so why mislead the person before purchasing anything that they can return it till 10th April?? Worst experience ever, never going to buy anything again from max fashion and I do not suggest anyone to buy from here.

I had ordered for a top in their store as the size was not available.. so they booked it through their app and order sent .. But the app and their system is so bad it took an hour in their store to book the size and staff has no clue on how the app works so waste of time secondly when I update my details on app which they already have registered it doesn’t show up now and the order details are no where seen to check the status !! I have complained in their store several times and they blame the back end team every time without any solution …
What is the use of the online app if it is this bad even though you have good products …
