App is good when you’re reading stories and scrolling, however the issue arises when you hit the back button, thinking it will take to the previous page. However it jumps ahead or forward, effectively losing where you left off, forcing you to scroll up or down to get you back to where you want to be.
Reading the other reviews, this is an ongoing common problem.
Buggy app
App has a fair share of bugs. I’ve had to delete and reinstall multiple times which seems to fix things briefly before the next bug arises. First one was every time I clicked on a new article or the home page, the pop up to accept cookies came up. Every time. Most recent one was every time I open the app or return to / refresh the home page, it opens towards the bottom of the page so I have to scroll up to the top. Small issues but they are annoyances, especially when paying a subscription
Backward step with the update
App was fine until the recent update. Now pressing the back button takes you back to the top of the home page, instead of where you were originally. This is a big backward step and needs to be put back the way it was.
