Sexy, Sweet and Fun! Excellent Read! I loved everything about it from the interesting characters and their interactions, their amazing chemistry and connection to all the fantastic details. The Mistaken Billionaire is the romantic ride of a lifetime. Lexie Couper created a world that is believable and compelling. I loved it, it kept my attention the entire time making me turn the page like a mad woman. I could not put it down and I didn't want too read this in one sitting.
These two have a history. Eight years ago Thomas St. Clair blew M.E. Elderkin's journalism career away, everything she had been working towards her dream career with the New York Times a revered by-line finished, because of a article that she had eviscerated him in. They had never come face to face, he had been a no show for all their scheduled meeting so she took out her frustration and irritation in her article. He was a literary prodigy who was shaking up not only the publishing world but the film world with his first book becoming an box office record breaking film.
When Mila almost runs over a adorable Boston terrier, on her way to a party, she calls the owner's phone number and finds out that Thomas St. Clair is the dogs owner. Could fate do this to her, was this her chance to give him a piece of her mind.
Thomas St.Clair is stuck in a rut, unable to come up with words for his latest novel with a deadline looming in front of him. When a stunning red head shows up at his front door with his dog Reaper, he mistakes her as the paid escort his agent hired to go with him to a dinner in his honor. And words instantly start to flow inside his head.
Sparks fly and their attraction is instant. The heat of their attraction is deliciously potent. Both of them are experiencing feelings that they have never had before. Will they figure out what these new feelings mean? Will Mila tell him who she is, and what he did to her life? What will Thomas do, if and when he finds out who she is? You need to read to find out. Loved it!

The story line is good but the language is very off putting.... I sadly will not be purchasing anymore of this authors books...

Loved this one! It's very well done. Great characters, pace, and writing made for an enjoyable read.

Thomas is a writer dealing with a serious case of writer's block. When Mila knocks on his door he assumes it's the date his assistant set up for him for the charity event he needs to attend. Really she's only there to return his dog. If she had known who lived at the house she probably would never have knocked. They have a bit of ugly history between them and although he's never actually met Mila, she knows if she tells him her last name he will immediately know who she is and probably through her out. Thomas is taken with her though and off to the event they go. Before long the idea's for his book are bouncing around in his head and he's convinced Mila is his muse. So he hires her to just hang around with him. When things begin to get serious Mila has to decide whether to tell him who she is or let him find out after his book is done.

Don't miss this one, it's a great read. I highly recommend it.
