Friendly
User friendly and reliable. Saves time and money.
However, there are some features that should be added to the app which enables the user to change some settings on the app itself without the need to call the customer service; such as the biometric setting. Whenever I try to set up the biometric, the app says that you have exceeded the number of devices registered in the biometric service. Hence, a feature should be added to the app enables the user to remove devices that are not longer used by the app.

SOLVED: Issue with PayMe service
I was encountering an issue with PayMe service; it wasn’t give me the sharing link at all. In the same time, it count the allowed daily number. After I reported this issue to KFH Technical Support Team, a genius and very smart person has realized this problem & advised me to revert back to Safari as default browser. I did that and the problem disappeared; I was using Chrome as default. I wanted to thank this unique brain who analyzed and solved the issue as soon as I reported it.

In iOS 14, users now able to set a default browser rather than Safari, please make sure to revert back Safari to be the default browser and try to use KFH Pay service again, then issue will be resolved.

The best mobile banking app in kuwait
To date KFH online app has been the best mobile banking app I've used in kuwait. Every feature they launch is so well thought out and works perfectly. Really makes life easy. There is literally nothing that I can’t do from the app that i would need. And if theres any confusion or questions, i can just directly message them through the app and they provide a solution in no time.
