Originally from Dagestan, Moscow-based rap artist AeDee (a.k.a. Maxim Khidirov) first established his name as one of the founders of the Russian indie label Good Music Rush, while amassing fame for his slick, breathless flows and quick-fire rhymes. On Tara, he brings dense beats and rhythms influenced by U.S. rap, interweaving them with the intensity of Russian hip-hop—while backed by a host of featured artists including Jacques-Anthony, Julia Boyko and Hamil (of rap sensations Kasta) on the single “Atlanta”.
