Good app
I love Perx. I love the reminder to take my medicine, and to exercise. However, I find it too hard to get rewards. My medication is a basic brand, and even the other medications that I use on a less frequent basis don’t have the ability to get a sponsor. I keep checking, so that I can get to spin the wheel and have a chance to get a reward, but I never get to. I still love the reminders every day, but it’s just too hard to get a reward without a “sponsor” I just wish there could be rewards when we level up, or complete a certain amount of tasks. Granted I love the reminders, just wish I could receive the rewards.
Can’t turn off sound in iOS version
I use this app with Aspire Allergy to remind me to take my allergy drops every day. Since I’ve been using this app for two years, every time I submit a survey in the app on app usage, I request to improve it by allowing sound to be turned off in the iOS version of the app. Sometimes when I am listening to music or podcasts and I need to complete my tasks, the sound from the app interferes with the music I am listening to. There is no way to go into the app menu and turn off sounds in the app. The only way to have sound off is when the whole phone is on silent, but that doesn’t work when I’m playing music even when the phone is on silent.
Please make it an option to turn sound off IN THE APP for iOS users!! I have been requesting this for two years in the app surveys done periodically and with every update is has not been done.
Feel like I wasted time...
Update: My account was restored. I decided to raise my stars because the app is actually helpful and it has encouraged me to keep taking my meds and drops which I struggled with before. There were bumps, but I’ll keep using.
Well.. I was enjoying the reminders and having a goal and earning gift cards until my account was magically deleted without warning. It wants me to recreate a profile, but I don’t think I will be using this anymore because I don’t want to waste effort on this reminder service when my phones reminders works just as well and won’t magically delete your reminders.
I added my work routine and had it syncing my heart rate and weight and everything! So much wasted effort -3-
Should have printed out those gift cards while my account was still there...

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the app. The good news is that your account wasn't deleted it is still very much alive and well. There was a bug that was preventing some users from logging into the app which has now been resolved. Please feel free to log back into the app and start using those gift cards!
