Transformative Programming

When I first heard that Housecalls with Dr. Mac was being launched, I became very excited. There is a void in our community that this broadcast fills. This podcast helps to debunk many myths that keep African Americans from giving necessary attention to their health and wellness habits. It is my hope to share this podcast with so many people that it starts a new trend in the African American community. A trend that sees us at the bottom of all lists bad and at the top of all lists good!!

With a guest list as diverse as the topics, I always learn something new when I tune in. I especially learn something from the topics that do not seem to relate to issues that I personally face. One of my favorite episodes was the Spectrum of Autism with Mrs. Natalie Graham.

Thank you Dr. Mac for your ingenuity and for bringing this level of awareness to health and wellness. I hope that your message spreads and your listening audience grows exponentially!
