Publisher Description

This collection gathers some of the most honest and vulnerable stories from the blog, Asklychee.com.

From quitting your job to getting married and growing up, I Quit takes readers on a journey through the grit, sorrow and joy of life, as well as the alarming realisation that there is more out there, should we have the courage to reach for it.

Linda Ayoola writing under the childhood nickname, Asklychee, retells the stories of her life with an unapologetic vulnerability that draws you into her narrative. Stories about being a woman, being lost, being a wife and about the many other parts of life that leave us longing for answers.

She hopes they resonate and ultimately encourage others to step out of the confines of the known, as they once did for her.

A different perspective.

It's very relatable to our lifestyle, it was an eye opener to things I didn't know about myself. She shared similar experiences that I thought could only happen to me. Reading the book helped me to reevaluate my own dream and understand the difference between me and others perception. Often found myself highlighting things without even thinking about it. Would recommend to those trying find themselves.
