使いやすい！役立ってます

朝のストレッチや筋トレ等のルーティーンのタイマー用に使ってます

いつもはYouTubeのストレッチ動画等をみてしていましたが、自己流のルーティーンを作りたい・声や音楽が邪魔・休憩を省きたい等の理由でこのようなタイマーを探していました。

このタイマーはスマホ見ながらでも使うことが出来、時間が来れば通知や通知音で知らせてくれます(通知音はマナーモードをオフにした状態で鳴ります)

使い勝手も良いですし、便利です。このようなアプリは中々無い中探していたので、本当にありがたいです！
