Storage issues
What exactly is stored in the “documents and data” under PicsArt? I edit (adjust brightness,contrast,crop and add text) about 5 images and the storage used under documents and data shows 600MB! I have to constantly delete and install the app again to get rid of this excess storage the app is occupying. I don’t even save or post the projects to PicsArt! The App size is about 75MB and in a week I find the App occupies at least 1GB! This is the best photo editing app so I would still rate it a 5 but I need to know the reason for the app using so much space on my device.

This was the app I used to use the most
This app was used by me for years but lately I realized that it ruins the quality of the image which makes our ideas become almost trash, I have moved on and started using apps like Adobe, autodesk, canva, squarfit and stuff, i really live how the app works but just because Of the Quality I cannot use this amazing app, if the owners/developers would try to make it look still high quality, I would def start using it and suggest it to other people again!

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. In order to resolve this issue please Uninstall your PicsArt app > Turn off your phone for a couple of minutes > Turn it back on > Install the app again. Note that if you have unfinished drafts, then they will be deleted as well! If the issue is not resolved, please write us at support@picsart.com and we will do our best to assist you!
