इसेवा कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने ?

इसेवाको App Download गरि Register गर्नुहोस् । यसरी Register गर्दा तपाँईको मोबाइल नम्बर नै तपाँइको इसेवा आइडी हुनेछ ।
इसेवामा पैसा जम्मा गर्न
इसेवामा चार प्रकारबाट सजिलै रकम जम्मा गर्न सकिन्छ:
१. इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत
बैंकको खाताबाट इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत इसेवामा नि:शुल्क रकम जम्मा गर्नुहोस। मोबाइल/इन्टरनेट बैंकिङ सेवा लिनु भएको छैन भने आजै आफ्नो बैंक को शाखामा गएर सेवा सुरु गराउनुहोस ।
२. काउण्टर डिपोजिट मार्फत
इसेवाको पार्टनर बैंक मध्ये ७ वटा बैंकबाट इसेवामा काउण्टर डिपोजिट पनि गर्न सकिन्छ ।

Registration
Download eSewa app and click on Register. Your mobile number will be your eSewa ID.
Load fund to eSewa
You can load fund to your eSewa account in 4 different ways:
1. Via Mobile/Internet Banking:
You can load eSewa wallet from your internet/mobile banking without any additional cost from 47 banks. Visit your bank branch if you have not enabled internet banking and mobile banking.
2. Via Counter Deposit:
You can visit nearest branch of below mentioned partner banks for loading fund to your eSewa account via counter deposit:

Convenient But Needs Improvement: A Review of eSewa App for iPad
eSewa is undoubtedly a convenient app for managing finances and making payments seamlessly. However, the iPad version falls short when it comes to entering the PIN number while making payments. Despite its user-friendly interface and array of features, this particular issue significantly hampers the overall user experience.
The app’s interface is sleek and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. From checking account balances to transferring funds, eSewa offers a plethora of functionalities, catering to various financial needs. Additionally, its integration with various merchants and service providers enhances its utility, allowing users to make payments for a wide range of services with just a few taps.
However, the inability to enter the PIN number while making payments from an iPad is a glaring flaw. This limitation not only disrupts the payment process but also undermines the security aspect of the app. Without the ability to input the PIN number, users are left vulnerable to unauthorized transactions, posing a significant awkwardness when comes to payment. I should have to try again and again in front of other party.
eSewa offers convenience and functionality, the inability to enter the PIN number on iPad devices is a notable drawback. Nonetheless, with further development and attention to user feedback, eSewa has the opportunity to solidify its position as a leading financial app in the market.
Worst customer service DISAPPOINTED
worst customer service ever hire someone who knows how to communicate in a polite manner idk about others but my experience with one of ur staff was just disappointing not even once but twice first thing first ur phn numbers are never reachable work on that first when I finally got hold of someone I was being patience with the process but the response would take ages just like that my money was on hold for almost a month and second time when I did my internet pmt again it was on hold they didn’t receive the pmt but when I tried to reach out again with that particular staff of urs that would constantly ignore my calls after trying again and again the person receives the call but all that person does is screaming and shouting at me that’s how u train ur staffs ? I needed the access to internet so I had no other options but to pay again but not from eSewa (I wouldn’t repeat the same mistake) I paid it through Khalti I still haven’t got the refund from eSewa ! Idk again how long are they gonna take after all this I’m deleting this app and will make sure no one on my family or relatives use this app DISAPPOINTED!!
Please introduce more stable money loading options
The only reason i stopped using esewa and switched to khalti is that the money loading methods in esewa are not reliable and it takes a long time and a lot of effort to get that money back.
Khalti has connectips integration and connect ips is so reliable that i only have had one transaction that had an issue in the past 2 years i have been using it. And for that too the money was back within 2 minutes automatically.
I admire esewa as it started the wallet revolution in nepal but i cant justify using it unless the mechanism to load money is reliable and doesn’t waste hours of my time trying to get it resolved.
I really don’t understand why esewa doesn’t have a connect ips integration
