Frank Mir is the goat in my opinion . My boyfriend took me to a casino sept17,2016 across from Paris Texas in grant Oklahoma . Frank was there signing autographs and judging a cage fight . Then he was by Shawnee Oklahoma doing shaman cbd oil commercials for tribes. Wanted so bad to see him but a surgery left me quadriplegic.thankful for the podcast it’s frank f•••ing Mir!!!!

They seem to post once every 4-6 week, which makes me wonder why they still post. The audio issues as of late have been pretty bad. Wish they would be on more of a consistent schedule and clean up the audio

Don’t listen to triggered losers who leave cry baby reviews. The shows where Frank and Richard discuss life including politics are their best ones. They both have different opinions and takes but are willing to listen and discuss. I don’t always agree with their takes but that’s ok! And they are entertaining. This is a good podcast that brings something you don’t just find normally. I love mma but only list to a few podcasts because often it’s just long form of their tweets and nothing new. That isn’t the case here. Plus they often have great guests.
