So many of us pass through life doing what we feel we are "supposed" to do and many times, we avoid what we want to do out of fear of the unknown. I talk about taking control of this situation and following your desires, even if it's scary as hell.

    I then move into my own struggles with depression and anxiety. When ego takes over, it's difficult to seek help and it's even more difficult to take the steps necessary to get better. I touch on these topics and divulge my own tactics for breaking through.
