    Excellent

I love Estée and adore her honesty and friendly approach. Suffering with anxiety and depression is very debilitating. Thank you Estée for sharing your mental wellbeing. Your experiences have helped me know that I’m not alone.

    Waste of money and time

I like her videos, the book is very boring.

I read the sample, thought it is going to be interesting. Then find myself reading page after page about her dog. She describes herself as victim rather than a powerful person in the whole book. You could see everyday people are struggling from serious problems like cancer, but they stay powerful and strong!. She describes her mom panic attack like the worst thing that could happen.

The only good thing that I could mention is the lovely pictures of her in the book.
