Awful User Interface
It's extremely frustrating not to have any indication of waiting times while waiting for a driver to accept, also paying in the App by an added card for some reason is not at all visible to the taxi drivers, which is why the taxi drivers frequently request to pay in the car, causing you to pay double for the service.
Also it's extremely clumsy to adjust a pickup address or even a drop off address as you have to input the given full address name, instead of having a moveable pin option. All of this is the reason why using Wizi is extremely impractical, especially in foreign countries. Not to mention certain streets are not even available to be inputted which makes it impossible to even book a ride in the first place. Using Wizi when forced and never by choice.
Cant cancel
My boy Sinisa accepted the order, then proceeded to not move for 15 minutes from some cafe, while all this time I have been trying to cancel my ride without success. After 15 minutes, he began his journey to my location, declining all the cancellations I sent. After a total of 25 minutes, he had no shame in calling me five times on my phone.
Please add the cancel option without drivers confirmation.
