Apothecarium has gathered the brightest minds of the Renaissance, most renowned artists and scientists. That’s why Duke Medici, Master of Florence, sent his family there when the epidemic broke out… for a danger worse than the disease. Tasked to investigate their disappearance, you are now to explore the hidden city of alchemists with its dangerous mysteries.

Journey back in time and and roam the deserted streets finding items to help you proceed with the investigation. Live through a detective story and unmask the villain who will stop at nothing to retrieve an elixir of immortality. As you complete hidden object puzzles, you may receive up to 3 coins to be spent for various upgrades in the Shop. Also every location contains hidden collectibles which add coins to your purse. If you are not fond of seek-and-find, you may switch to the alternative Match 3 gameplay anytime.
This HOPA game also brags a variety of brain-teasers to compliment the adventure. These are tile-matching and jigsaw puzzles, a host of classic board games (e.g. hashi or tangrams), and arcade minigames like maze solving. Problems
All inventory items just disappeared. But able to fix with a hard restart of the game and iPad restart. Graphics are beautiful. Puzzles reasonable. This is an updated review after fixing the inventory issue.

Still glitchy
The update fixed the first part of the game and the second part is doing the same things that were happening before this update. The exact same, seriously guys...

Very Glitchy
This is very hard to explain. So I first opened the game and started playing and I really liked it but as soon as I got to the healing elixir part it got glitchy. I do admit that I did the order wrong I put the orange and the elixir in the vinyls, then Lit it when it was supposed to be the other way around. It wouldn’t let me do anything past then I could go in all the rooms and do other things but it wouldn’t let me continue I couldn’t click on certain things. I looked in in the guide and the things that I should’ve been able to do I couldn’t have done. So I started a new game but all of the stuff that I did in the previous game was kind of still there for example in the room with the vile and you’re supposed to light it and add the flower petals in the coin that was already lit and there was already liquid in the bile I couldn’t do anything with it because it was already done and I couldn’t pick it up I can’t play anymore and I hope this gets fixed
Update: After waiting a day got pants the part of making he healing elixir but as soon as I got to new HOS things went south again. The items that it wanted me to find weren’t in the scene, I even used a hint and it didn’t show me. I found out that the items that I could not find in the previous HOS are in another one.
