Matches can connect to share aspirations, industry insights and if it's a good culture fit, recommend their mentee to a formal company program for professional growth. Mentors can have their mentorship tracked for recognition and development of leadership skills by their organisation or industry body.

As a start up founder, I struggle to find mentors within my area, but thanks to Ok Rdy that process became just that much easier. Shout out to my mentor, thank you so much for meeting me today. This meeting has been the MOST helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to walk me through everything. So go ahead and download this app to boost your career/business.
Outdated and painful to use
The app doesn’t properly support full screen for iPhones newer than the iPhone X (from 2017), and is quite painful to navigate and use. If you tap into a text box and try to paste using the usual method, you’ll get jumped to the bottom of the screen and be unable to do so. I figured out a workaround involving typing some characters first to make the app stay focussed on the text box, but - to put it mildly - this isn’t a great user experience.
Also if you try to sign up using LinkedIn, it throws up an amateurish webview and gives you zero assurance that you’re actually connecting to LinkedIn.
Nice idea overall, but terrible execution. The app needs quite a bit of spit and polish.
