Just once, steadfast and responsible rancher Mason James would like someone to see him as Mason not as superstar hockey player Rockford James's brother. Journalist Tessa Kane is barely making ends meet, and then her job is threatened; her last hope is to deliver an in-depth profile on Rockford and his fianc e, Quinn. She braves a party for Rockford and Quinn, trying to score an interview, but things go unexpected ways. Mason certainly doesn't expect to find his true love in a supply closet, where he encounters Tessa trying to change her outfit. It's love at first sight for Tessa, too, so she accepts his request to be his wedding-weekend date, but she worries Mason will think she only wants access to Rockford. Some of Tessa's grandmother's antics strain credulity, but readers will cherish the scorching sex, snappy dialogue, well-paced plot, and the appeal of the small Colorado town setting.

Funny and Hot Chemistry
You Had Me at Cowboy is book number two in the Cowboys of Creedence series by Jennie Marts. This is Mason James and Tessa Kane's story.
Tessa and Mason meet accidentally at a wedding function for his brother. Their first meeting was hilarious. There was definitely chemistry between these two but how will Mason react when he finds out Tessa's secret?
The characters and this book were so much fun. Tessa was a mess but once you meet her grandmother you will understand. This story will hook you from the beginning to the end with humor, hot chemistry, and a fun and entertaining read.

I think Mason & Tess are my favorite couple so far. Their story was complicated, funny, sexy and heartwarming. I loved how Mason &Tess met and how Tess kept sabotaging herself and Mason was always their to help. I also fell in love with Tess’ grandmother. She was hilarious and I would love to see her again in any futher stories. All in all I loved it!!
