Utterly frustrating
There are few things as frustrating as a great product that work SOME of the time. This is a prime example - when it works zapper is great, and you look forward to using it. Sadly only too often your enthusiasm is slowly crushed after trying the umpteenth time to make a payment. You are so excited that you won’t have to take the two minutes it takes to load card details - but after 10 minutes of reloading the zapper payment you just give up.
Such promise - replaced by bitterness and gall.

First visit to Northfield House Hotel
First visit and we will be back. Tom asked if we would like to try zapper and was nearby if we needed help, it was easy to set up and as we planning to come back decided to download the app. Great way to pay
