Great content-terrible sound quality
05/15/2019
This podcast has great content, but they need to focus on better (or more consistent) production values... Some episodes need to be played at max volume and you can BARELY hear what is being said— especially when they have call-in guests.
Review again

Reviewing again on Feb 16, 2023: the last two episodes have been particularly meaningful and compelling re my emotional neglect and my anxious attachment. Thanks! Timely show! 😎
Really appreciate the information!

I love how listening to this podcast helps me understand myself, my family, and others I interact with. Mental health knowledge helps me have empathy for myself and others. Jackie shares in a way that is easy to understand, follow and apply to my life. Thank you!
Great Podcast to change your mindset

I really like this podcast! I listen to many of the podcasts more than once! It is easy to understand, follow and apply.
Good content. Terrible audio.
03/09/2022
This is almost unlistenable which is a terrible shame. The content is very good but I am so distracted by the fact that the audio sounds like she is sitting across the room from the microphone. Even a $7 lapel microphone off Amazon would make an enormous difference. I am really disappointed that I can get the content because she hasn’t invested in basic equipment.
Not just beneficial, it’s rewarding

Jackie has a great, intuitive way of sharing her significant insights into the world of recovery and development. Her way of sharing her knowledge, seasoned with interesting stories, gets to the heart of the issues. So grateful for her as a person and a therapist, and her drive to help those searching for richer and more robust recovery. Thank you!
It’s 2021 no excuse for horrible sound quality

A toddler could make a better podcast. The subject matter is great but unfortunately it is totally overshadowed by the atrocious sound quality. If the volume isn’t too low there’s terrible feedback that makes it impossible to listen to. Do better.
Going through a difficult time? Episode 196!

Jackie is an amazing therapist and being able to freely receive her insight and knowledge regarding various mental health topics is a gift. Some topics apply more to me than others, and some seem geared more to mental health professionals, but the ones that do apply to me are invaluable. Thank you for doing this work Jackie.
She has the Gift of Gab!

I've heard many of the concepts before, but Jackie has the talent to say things in ways that really hit home and helps me take them to heart. Her series on communication in relationships is awesome. Highly recommend this podcast if you enjoy learning about how people work.
Excellent. HCP! Yes. We need public health ed about this. more, more, more.
07/25/2019
Well, in families HCP create dysfunctional family systems and their pathology is rather contagious. The family system takes on these personality traits. The same in companies. Yes so it often ends in the HCP crashing and burning it all down. We are wtnessing this in real time.
