Good but room for improvement.
Good to be able to keep some rewards in one place. However it would be better if I could see my purchase and reward history at each vendor. I scan the app, but I am not always sure I get progress towards a reward, as there is no history of purchases and rewards. Also the app tells me that I haven’t used my card in over two years, but I have used it.
Ok, but not as user friendly as it could be
Can you please add a way to skip through the alphabet to find the shop you want when adding cards, rather than scrolling all the way down the list.
Also, if the cards were presented in an easier way to access (rather than a small scrolling bar at the top of the screen) that would make finding the right card easier when you’re at the cashier. Maybe a series of larger tiles you can scroll through.
Seems to be running out of steam.
The few places that I have used Rewardle in Perth, Western Australia, appear to have gone back to stamping or punching ‘Loyalty’ cards.
I’m guessing that they had people coming in for a free coffee that had never bought one from them, and too few regulars used the app.
The card system works well to reward you for patronising a local, often independent business, and they don’t need to have an expensive electronic tablet on the counter.
