Most Useful Kegel App But Could Use Some Improvements

This app is the most thorough Kegel app I have used. The app has really improved since the last update, and the vibrations are a nice implementation.

I would prefer if the All Purpose workout plan included both Strength and Relaxation, but it seems like you can only focus on one at a time, which I feel defeats the purpose of being All Purpose. Maybe switching between two different workout types could be nice in the future. I would also like to see this app being paired with an Apple Watch that uses only the vibrations of the watch so it can be discreet. That’s my main issue with Kegels in general: if you want to do it consistently, sometimes you have to do in public. So to be able to do in through your watch with the only indications being vibrations, I feel that’d be most useful. Also, I feel some of the Reverse Kegels exercises are trivial. The app doesn’t explain how Reverse Kegels are useful, and they seem more like meditative exercises than anything, since they’re just regular breathing exercises. Maybe if the app explained how or what the purpose is, it won’t seem so fruitless.

Kegels are so important for pre and post childbirth

but I didn't focus on it pre childbirth. I was focused on the physical aspect of my body and doing exercises. I ignored the inside of my body. Then, I delivered my baby and realized how weak my pelvic floor was. I went for a jump roping at about 6 weeks post pregnancy and peed everything out by accident while jumping. Then, I got the clearance to resume sexual activities and felt so loose. It hit me how kegels are so important!!
I have done kegels religiously with this app for about 2 weeks now and hubby noticed. I don't pee when I jump rope or not as much. I still have a lot of work but happy this app exists. It's hard to do them on my own since I lose count or forget I am doing them but the app keeps me on track with the reminders as well.

Would like more control/flexibility

Overall, I really like this app for its simple interface and some of the discreet settings (the book mode is awesome!). However, I wish I had more control and flexibility on selecting which sessions I want to do and when. I don’t like that my custom sessions have to be linked to a specific time of day/reminder and I can’t do a different type of session at that time if I want. For example— the built in exercises, especially in the early levels, are short but I created a custom session that’s about 8 minutes long; I have this custom session set to the afternoon, but sometimes I end up needing to do a shorter session in the afternoon and can do the longer, custom session at another time. But there’s no way for me to select what type of session I want to do when I open the app. I can only do the session designed for that particular time of day/reminder and can’t do a different session until that one is completed. If some flexibility giving me control of allowing me to select which exercises I do at any given time were incorporated in the app, I would rate it 5 stars.
