Update
After the update it doesn’t retain my login details for my business account. I have to re enter them every time
Terrible .. 30min delay without any info on app!
I have used this app twice, once to go to the airport a week ago and it was fine. Today I had a trip scheduled for 5.25am to go to the train station. At 5am I had a missed call but no message and as I was rushing to get ready to go I just checked the app quickly and my car seemed to be on time.
However at 5.20 I started to get suspicious as the app was counting down to my ride but no driver was on its way. I called the missed number and it was green tomato cars and they told me there would be a 30min delay. Nothing on app, no info of delay!!! This would be a basic requirement from a car booking app you’d think.
I can’t rely on this company and will never be using them again.
Efficient and reliable...
Very impressive cab service, realiable drivers and easy to use mobile apps. Fix rate is also the highlights of the services which is very helpful for the journey!
