Caitlin Rose

A singer and songwriter based in Nashville, Caitlin Rose's music is informed by classic country sounds, rootsy rock & roll, and dreamy pop, along with a multitude of other influences. Rose's voice is at once sweet and strong, capable of expressing longing and defiance with equal impact, and the light, twang-infused country-pop of 2010's Own Side Now and the tougher, more forceful approach of 2013's The Stand-In both reflected her musical voice with equal accuracy. After a break from recording, Rose returned with 2022's Cazimi, a more mature effort.
