As a calculator for rates it’s perfect !
The app does crash if you try search for a mortgage but for me the big draw for an app is a handy easy calculator that I can type in different % and find out the price per month. I would recommend it for anybody for that reason. It’s saved me trawling through awkward website calculators.
Superb App!!
Brilliant!! Real time information to determine the best mortgage options. Navigates the mortgage minefield with a user friendly interface. Streets ahead of other apps in its genre. Superb!!!
Independent mortgage broker
Could be a great app but limited to only 4 companies, still has glitches as it does not carry loan term and amount on to quote screen . Fixed rates are not clearly shown.
