Or single issues can be purchased for AU $4.99

By subscribing, you’ll never miss an issue and each new issue will automatically be available for download to your device as soon as it is released.

Magazine is great -digital app is awful

It is a quality magazine however it’s online app is terrible. It is very disappointing when you know a new magazine is available and you can’t access it. At other times the page breaks can be glitching and ruin the articles. I’m hoping the app has stopped loading because it is being updated? But it is frustrating because I want to read the latest edition and I can’t.

Unable to read June 2018 issue

Despite deleting app, and updating app. Many many times. June issue appears to download however I can’t read it. I get a white screen and ‘split second’ glimpses of pages - sometimes if I swipe. The May issue is readable, just paid for back issue Oct 2017 and this is readable.
I have cancelled my subscription within the trial period as a result.. shame as the paper magazine itself is good.

Can’t access my subscription!!!!

So suddenly I can’t access new issues through my subscription, which is valid until October 2019. The app wants me to pay again. I’ve deleted and downloaded several times to no avail. I’ve tried contacting them through the app support link, and the email bounced. I’ve gone to their website and because I purchased through iTunes and not directly, the customer account help page doesn’t recognise me as a customer. I am definitely NOT one of their satisfied customers!!
