Well this book almost annihilated my heart and nerves. I was actually scared to read Austin's book because that boy had some serious demons to overcome. After Dylan's book, I didn't think things could get more heartbreaking but I was so wrong. What happens when the person you fall in love with, soothes your demons and feeds them? Chaos...nothing but chaos. I don't want to give too much away because this book takes you on journey and it's a not a pretty one. Austin meets Briggs one night and there is an instant connection between them, but she walks away. It turns out Austin's coping mechanism brings Briggs back into his life and puts him directly into her world of danger, drugs, death and loyalty.
There is so much heartbreak in this book that I considered not finishing it, but I couldn't give up on them and I'm glad I stayed with them to the end. Now as for Brigg's uncle, I'm not sure how I feel about him, but with the way this book ended I have to know what happens next ;)
The ending…???
Why would you end the book that way??? Hooked and then the end left me hanging!

Even though I did not just like be this book it was interesting enough for me to keep reading a coming back too
