This guy is like the Howard Stern of real estate. Jeremy still hasn’t tried to sell me a guru course yet. All this knowledge for free and people miss out.
Regional focus with national appeal
Don’t be put off by the name...while these episodes cover “local” real estate in the greater Detroit market, the rules and lessons are broadly applicable to investors and real estate professionals everywhere. It is brass tacks and actionable...and to riff on Sinatra’s famous lyric, you have to imagine that “if you can make [real estate] work in DETROIT, you can make it anywhere!”
