Female Leader ,

Just the motivation you need -- inspiring and practical

As a young, female entrepreneur with dreams of leading a startup, BroadMic is the perfect podcast to motivate me to stay focused. Not only are the women interviewed endlessly inspiring, but they also offer plenty of advice and tactics on how actually to start your own company. Some of the challenges and mistakes are things I never would have expected, and now I know how to avoid them. Here's to learning from others who came before!

Besides the tidbits of advice, BroadMic is also just a high-quality show with impressive content produced brilliantly. The interviews are never boring, and the conversations are guided to be both useful and enjoyable.
