Order and pay with a touch of your finger from wherever you are – at a KFC restaurant for a dine-in meal, on your way home for a takeaway order, or where you’re at with the the food delivered to you. Bid goodbye to long queues!
When your piping hot order is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone. Just flash your order number at the pick-up counter to collect your order.
Simply register an account to start browsing the menu. Plus, get first dips on new promotion and exclusive rewards. Enjoying Finger Lickin' Good food has never been so easy! This service is now available at selected stores island wide.

I used to order KFC via mobile app quite frequent and it all worked well (the old version where can still pay with PayLah). Ever since the app is “upgraded” with new version, it is so frustrated whenever I used it. It keep on refreshing the pages when I need to view the men.. and finally after all the hassle when reached the checkout and payment page.. it just keep going back to the home page again. Or, after key in all the credit card details and pay.. it refresh AGAIN back to the Home page and leaving me not sure if payment/order has gone through! Argh!
Doesn’t work most of the time…
I have the app since they came out. I love KFC (more than Mc) but this app only works 3/10 times! And if you are being lucky that is!
During c19 times, I stood outside KFC to use this app to purchase because the outlet only allowed pick-up. I waste 20mins using the app to order, it either crash or couldn’t use credit card for payment. In the end, I gave up and bot something else. Other times, when I am lucky I could use it to order and pick up with mins. But it’s hit and miss. Today, is a perfect day and I thought luck would be on my side so I tried using but it’s still hanging and crash after 5 mins. I am sick of seeing the bucket of chicken but couldn’t place order. Please, KFC, as a matter of fact you are losing market share here. Please don’t let this app cut away more profit and eventually close down. Either work on it or rid of it. Thanks!
Under appreciated app
I stumbled across this app a year ago and honestly, buying KFC has never been the same. Probably used it a dozen time to get both eat in and pick up orders. Has worked perfectly so far and every order has been waiting for me when I reach KFC. The reviews seem overwhelmingly bad cos people only review it when things go wrong but not when it works as expected. Haven’t seem Macs or any other fast food place match this yet. And I don’t think people get how much easier life is when you don’t have to wait in the god awful Qs after your done working 10 hours and just want to go home with some fried chicken.
