Great game but has glitches

I’ve been playing for about a month and a half I recently had to erase the app from my tablet and reinstall it

I was up to a pro bike and doing pretty well in the game started malfunctioning I would get on the throttle and he would tell me I wasn’t touching it same thing with the break and the bike to come to complete stop on the track when I reloaded the game I lost all my information and I had to start over doesn’t seem to have any glitches in Rookie or Team bikes but definitely has glitches in Pro

Nonetheless it’s fine me and my son enjoy it very much

we found that if the screen over heats in some devices it becomes unresponsive

that's all I can think of which would produce such events

Ads Ads Ads

I love MotoGP... I pay for the season subscription every year via iTunes which is around $120 or so. When I saw there was an official game I was thrilled and without any hesitation I downloaded it right away but boy what a disappointment. So many ads which adds to less game time! Yes yes I get it - it's obvious that the ads are optional to watch but reality is if you want to improve your bike and move up in ranks you are force either to buy expensive coin packages or watch irrelevant ads that are sometimes really long or short.

Where is the creativity to embed ads?! Wrap a bike... sponsor a rider's suit... banners along the track... sponsor news ticker with the stats.... or just charge for the game!!! I would rather pay for the game and get a few nice bikes than to watch Ads all the time. I wonder if they timed a person playing the game vs. time a person sitting watching irrelevant ads. For a game that all you do is brake and accelerate?!? C'mon. I expected better from the name MotoGP.

Thanks for your feedback. The new normal for games on mobile is free to play which means we have to adapt to different business models. This game has been downloaded over 10 million times around the world in countries like Indonesia etc where people simply do not pay for apps. So I hope you understand we make a game for the world to play. As for the ads - yes they are entirely optional ... they can be a pain in the neck - however as I said you don't have to watch them. Your ideas about sponsorship are great - only this is the official game and we are very much guided to replicate the authentic track signage etc - so there is very limited ways to execute on your good idea. As for the method of game play - let me explain this (sorry its long winded but I want you to know why we did it the way we did) When we made MotoGP Championship Quest we wanted to make the game as “accessible” for everyone regardless of whether you are a hard core gamer or a casual player. Have you ever noticed in other motorcycle racing games the rider flapping from side to side as you struggle to keep the bike on the track?

Unlike car racing games, when you make a turn on a motorcycle the bike leans from side to side an effect which is very obvious. When we brought our customers into the studio and asked them what they liked and hated about motorcycle racing games – they all said they struggled with the steering and that this really detracted from their level of enjoyment, so much so that they eventually abandoned the game as it was too hard to master.

Games are about having fun and enjoyment – not frustration and exasperation. So we decided to focus on the two things that really, at the end of the day, make the most difference in the racing environment – braking into and accelerating out of corners.

Ask any racer – they will tell you that this is the most important aspect of racing, hitting the right brake timing and being able to get as much power to the ground as you need getting out of the corner. It’s all about timing, bravery and taking calculated risk.

If you miss being able to steer the bike, we’re sorry. However we are happy that at least you will be able to play this game with your friends who perhaps aren’t as good at it as you. If you have any feedback – please let me know.

Cheater

This game cheats you. It did me. I came in second in the race and it even showed it in the end stats where it shows you rider, points, and earnings. It shows the second place trophy but then when I look the bar that has all your races, it shows I came in third. I came in second but they gave me third place. This game cheats you out of your winnings.

P.s. What’s the freaking point of upgrading

your bike and still losing the race. I

have 9 third place finishes. Some

races where I could have gotten

second place or even first just to

have the other bikers pass me at the

last second to steal it away from me.

I feel this game is rigged. ——— the ads when you go to get coins are waaaaay to long. Also. Sometimes, when I come out of watching the ads, I have no sound. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!———-Game still cheating. It showed I had second place when finished but it doesn’t give me credit for it in the bar when you click on it where it shows your trophies. Do YOU developers don’t care?It seems I’m being ignored because nothing still is fixed. Dropping my rating from a two to a one.
