Anne Hathaway doesn't want to say anything, and she didn't say much in her recent (awkward) interview with the New York Times. So, why is she doing interviews at all? We discuss the very contradictory world of interviewing celebrities.

Plus, our weekend recommendations include a very frank chat about weight, an unputdownable book and a packing hack.

And, a very sexist medicine shortage, a toilet, a phone and tuna. We discuss our best and worsts of the week.

Love the podcast, slight disappointment

Big fan of the show, however this weeks episode talking about Scoop. Hollys reference to Prince Andrew sexually assaulting a “young woman” should be changed to “young GIRL” Virginia was 16 when she was assaulted. Do better!

Love the pod!

I have been listening to every episode since the pandemic and I can’t wait each day for the episode to drop! Looking forward to the live shows! Love it!

dreadful journalism ,

Absolutely awful

Three white women discussing white topics pretending to care when they only care about themselves- example 1- they discuss everything according to them that “women are talking about “ but that stretch ends with Taylor Swift. Apparently, the genocide in Palestine is too “ complex” as per their words- they will happily discuss abortion, but not women in Palestine having cesareans without anaesthetic because of the genocide inflicted by Israel. I guess it’s no coincidence that Mia Freedman identifies as a Jew and Jessie Stephens married her son, and gained high profile jobs outside of this one through Mia’s connections. The reason Holly Wainwright continues here is sad because the standard you walk past is the standard you accept. In conclusion, this podcast is a vote for the cruelty of Israel inflicted on Palestinine, disguised by inane topics such as Jessie Stephens assumption that her baby was the first baby in the world and she is the perfect mother…… I think those perfect mothers exist in Palestine where mothers hold their dying babies and children covered in blood by Israeli bullets. Any support to this podcast or network is passively supporting the cruelty and death of Palestinian children while Jessie Stephens celebrates herself and her privileged Israel offspring - please don’t support these people because killing children is never ok 💔💔💔
