Welli is a suite of mental wellness tools inspired by Positive Psychology and chosen for their effectiveness. Included in Welli are:

The Gratitude Journal, one of the most effective tools for improving your outlook on life. Studies have shown that writing in a Gratitude Journal every day for as little as a week or two can have a positive impact on your mood lasting up to six months.

The Goal Setting Journal, which employs findings from the science of motivation which shows that the barriers that we think most impede us from fulfilling our goals can actually help us to realize them. You'll practice a goal setting strategy that will help you anticipate challenges and plan how to deal with them.

The Adversity Disputer, inspired by the work of renowned American Psychologist Martin Seligman, is a tool for DIY Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT. The Adversity Disputer will teach you to combat negative self-talk and reprogram your brain to respond in a more productive way in the face of life's challenges.

Very useful app

This app is a really great tool to use everyday. I especially like the gratitude journal and how it's keeps track of my daily inputs. It’s been a very useful and helps me and my mindset.

This is a great app in many ways. I see the merit in it’s structure. I enjoy using it. I have used paper in a quite similar manner and thought it was delightful; however, the adversity portion does not save, the whole app crashes. If this was an intent, ha, but if not, then it is perverse! At a moment of frustration or difficulty to have your well being app malfunction! Sometimes the absurd is helpful, I could almost be okay with it but it is helpful to go back and look at a journal entry or app entry, in this case, and say oh my i was obviously venting or look how that turned out or what not. Then when I went to review from the apps link it takes you to iTunes instead of the App Store...got you again :( come on, vet the well being app, you can do it, yes you can

My Favorite App!

Such a helpful little app, especially the Adversity Disputer. I now have a framework for how to work with difficult thoughts when they arise.
