Boston-bred pop-rapper Sammy Adams is one of those guys who makes it seem like Spring Break no matter what the weather is like. Led by the dancefloor fireworks of “Helluva” (featuring former American Idol Kat Nestel) and the Tiësto–produced “Electric Appeal,” Adams’ first full-length alternates between shimmering, tricked-out club-pop, trap-lite (“Vinyl”), and anthems so big and inspirational (“Long Way,” “We Are the Ones”) you almost forget the trouble he was getting into just a track before.
