Built by Canadian researchers, the HealtheSteps™ app gives users the tools to get more active. The app includes a built-in fitness test, personalized exercise prescription, goal setting, activity tracking, and more! Perfect for beginners who want to get more active as well as more experienced exercisers looking for an evidence-based approach to improve fitness.
Many people are aware they need to exercise more or may have been told by their healthcare provider to be more physically active to reduce their risk for chronic disease, but it’s hard to know where to start and how much is enough. The HealtheSteps™ app will help you every step of the way.
Over time, you’ll see your fitness scores and activity levels go up! We also think you’ll have more energy, improved quality of sleep, handle stress better, and have a healthier blood pressure and heart rate too.
