    Episode 122: "Men & Intimacy"

"There's nothing more intimate in life than simply being understood. And understanding someone else." - Brad Meltzer

What does intimacy mean to you?" People have a deep craving to be truly known by someone - like really known and to be really seen - and to build a deeply committed relationship based on honesty, trust, understanding respect, appreciation, connection, and being heard.

Since the sexes often define intimacy differently, Coach Nick and the Dudes of Disruption define what we mean by intimacy and explore how men often react to intimacy in different ways. They also highlight how men can operate differently inside of intimacy in order to create different results at home and in their business.

The dudes share effective ways to create unique and meaningful emotional connections with yourself, your intimate partners, friends/colleagues and with the world. Take a listen and see you disrupt the traditional norms and definitions related to the what emotional intimacy means and the role it plays in creating fulfillment.

Great show! Lot of amazing ideas to rethink your worldview

I highly recommend the show!

"Disruption" is a powerful, scary and enlightening thing. There aren't many shows that ask you to question your viewpoints and mindsets and offer you ways to expand your viewpoints and perspectives. This show certainly does that.

These hosts are topical, funny and always provide an entertaining and thought-provoking content. Don't be surprised if you find yourself talking about some of the shows topics with your coworkers friends or family.

The show is amazing and certainly worth listening to. It's a fixture on my podcast list. Subscribe now!

Insightful , inspirational and Fun

The show is very grounding and inspiring, while having a tremendous amount of fun. Topics discussed range from how we avoid responsibility in our lives by being inauthentic and creating drama around us, to how we can live more fully by living our higher purpose. Lots of love, fun and perspective changing conversations. My personal favorite episode is the one about how we are constantly creating drama in our lives to create distractions from what really matters.
