So good I read it all at once!
This is my first review of a book. This book is honest, raw and all heart. I could not put it down. The characters are well developed with hot romance and love between them. I would love a part 3.
Awesome read
Wow what to say about Caden and Makenna? What a great story.This takes place a few months after they were trapped in the elevator she is taking Caden home to meet her Father and brothers,all does not go well as Ian her brother brought a friend home her ex fiancé.
This has Caden doubting himself as to whether he is good enough for her,but to get through to the light you have to go through the dark and that is what happened to Caden.
This is must read brings Mental Health front and center.thank you for this extraordinary book Laura Kaye.

Laura Kaye continues her wonderful story of the couple we are all pulling for. You know that Caden is damaged because of his traumatic childhood experience. This story shows how Caden works through these things and how he finds that he is deserving of Makenna's love. Going into this book, I knew there had to be conflict in order to get to the happily ever after. I admit I was scared to see what the conflict may be - but it was all perfect! The sadness and the happiness were equally needed and loved! Thank you, Laura Kaye, for giving us all more of Caden & Makenna!
