PTCL SMART TV (OFFICIAL‪)‬ 9+

Ptcl Smart Tv is a good app, But there is something missing that is Casting Option. That is one can easily cast movie/drama/live channel to his/her Smart LCD. Do you guys know, Why is netflix so popular among people??? Because it have Casting option in there Application..
It is my suggestion, If Ptcl want to make business through this app then you have to add cast button in your app functional..

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the PTCL app that I recently downloaded and logged into. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing constant crashing issues with the app, which has been causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.

Despite my repeated attempts to use the app and log in, it continues to crash repeatedly without any indication of a resolution. As a customer, I expect your company to provide reliable and efficient services, especially in this digital age where such apps are a critical part of our daily lives.

Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of response and assistance from your support team. I have made multiple attempts to reach out for help, but unfortunately, no one has been able to assist me or even bother to acknowledge my complaint.

I urge you to take prompt action to address these issues and provide me with a reliable and functioning app as soon as possible. I expect a prompt response from your team regarding this matter and would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to resolve this issue.

It will be really great If PTCL can add support for Chrome-cast or other casting devices for this app.
PTCL needs to work on this urgently, it can be a really good value added service because sometimes the live tv is working on the app and not on smart tv device and sometimes one wants to watch a different program on the second TV at home.
I hope the suggestion is taken seriously.
