Ehh...

This book was ok. It had some exciting parts that kept me reading, but overall it was very unrealistic and a little redundant.

It’s cute that he wants to help her live a life that actually makes her happy- he does this by having her create a list of things she wishes she could do if there were no consequences. Throughout the book, they complete the things on the list. But I found the items on her list (that he was apparently so experienced with) were all a little too old for what the average 16 year old would want to do. Plus, how did we go from him being gross and the kind of person that would greet her for the first time with a hand on her a** to him being someone she spends every waking moment with a week later?...

As for the redundancy, they fought about the same thing over and over but it was never truly resolved. They would bicker and argue because they were both insanely jealous over the attention the other was getting from the opposite sex, she would cry (without any warning), they would each say stuff to dig at the other, then he would kiss her until everything was peachy again. I guess that part stayed true to the typical 16 year old....

I thought the plot was a good one, but that there was very little character development and the storyline was choppy and missing things. So, “good thought-bad execution” I guess??
